Ron Fernandez’s 35 years of experience in the management, training, wholesale and operations of convenience stores provides clients with first-hand knowledge and expertise.

His nearly four decades of work includes direct involvement with the operations of 26 units of a private chain owning 326 units in five states. Fernandez brings comprehensive management audits to examine an organization’s mission, values, organizational structure, objectives, plans, and methods of control, operational procedures, as well as its use of financial, human and physical resources.

On an international level, Fernandez’s work includes implementing all aspects of development and operations for one of the largest truck stops on the Hungarian border. In Eastern Europe, he was able to execute the reorganization of more than 300 retail shops.

Fernandez specializes in working with Tribes in the design and organization of successful store policy and procedures. He has worked to help ensure the execution and structure of efficient and effective organization of all operational levels for the facilities. Ron also assists Tribes with the organization of their C-Store’s deli, liquor, and tobacco products.
