Jeff Lau

Jeff Lau provides expertise in marketing, communications, and product management for a wide variety of companies in the high-technology and financial services industries. Jeff provides insights on the customer from a comprehensive viewpoint, from needs analysis and product requirements to customer behavior and integrated marketing programs.

Jeff led marketing and business development efforts for Informative Research, a nationwide mortgage credit reporting agency. His responsibilities included developing the strategic sales and marketing plan, evaluating and implementing new technologies and services, driving initiatives through a channel of over 100 affiliate credit reporting agencies, and managing the company's customer survey and scorecard process.

Prior to Informative Research, Jeff held product management and marketing positions at Quest Software, Ingram Micro, and a number of other high technology companies.

Jeff has been published in a number of mortgage and technology trade journals. He received his B.A. from UC San Diego and an MBA from UC Irvine.
