Blue Stone assessed and summarized key problems relevant to a Tribe’s health encompassing the goals, objectives and actions. We also addressed the needs and unmet needs of the area, as well as approaches to overcoming the unmet needs, and the resources available to the community that are not currently being utilized.
We provided descriptive data to the community for areas of opportunity, which included assessing geography and climate, communication, transportation, housing, sanitation, educational statuses, economic statuses and conditions, as well as the political structures and relationships within the Tribal community.
Demographic health data entailed the population distribution, demographic profile, birth and death rates, morbidity, and migration. Our team also incorporated community relationships and traditional medicine – all of which are equally important to ensure that the community members are being best represented.
