A Northwest based Tribe was interested in maximizing the profit potential of its casino properties, including the potential expansion and development of a regional casino resort to serve the greater metro market.
Blue Stone evaluated the structure, finances, management, and operations. We also developed recommendations, pro forma budgets, and performance forecasts along with a clearly defined repositioning strategy to address operational efficiency and growth opportunities.
Next, we assessed the surrounding market to validate opportunities for further development. Lastly, we investigated traditional and non-traditional finance, management, and development partners/options. The Tribe adopted our road map for financial stability.
